Then my screen went white, had to reboot my PC and after rebooting it boots to a black screen, where the very top of the screen glitches for a tenth of a second but nothing changes after that. Not a monitor/display issue, I checked for that, it actually glitched out. A while back my screen started glitching out (artifacting and it would split the screen, part of the right side of the screen would be shown on the left side and a line somewhere in the middle to divide the two sides.
